The resilience of the French is formidable, but we must be extremely vigilant, because we could be faced with tragedies.
People need to share and get together.
How do you perceive the state of French society?
Worried, with sharply declining morale.
To get out of it, there is only one remedy: regain confidence.
It can only be born through transparency and proximity.
Transparency is what we lacked at the start of the health crisis;
proximity is what I keep calling for: territorialized management of the crisis.
The more we territorialize the responses, the less we are out of step
