The Italian Ministry of Health announced the registration of 299 deaths and 11,629 new cases of Coronavirus during the past 24 hours.
The index of new infections with the virus in Italy has witnessed relatively stability during the past days, although it is the eighth country in the world in terms of the outcome of HIV infections and the sixth in terms of the number of deaths due to the pandemic.
And the Italian government had previously extended the state of health emergency to contain the pandemic in the country until the end of next April.
