The owner of the place is Daniela Moreira Camia, from Cordoba, a professional chef, who has turned her bagels into an iconic Washington meal, where she has already opened four stores and is on her way to the opening of the fifth.
Moreira has been highlighted last year as one of the 30 best female entrepreneurs under 30 in the United States.
