These floods thus caused the collapse of several fords, interrupting road access and once again leaving the inhabitants cut off from the world.
On Twitter, Antony Brunain, founder of the Météo 06 channel, explained that 45mm of rain had fallen in 24 hours in Tende and 57mm in 24 hours in Breil-sur-Roya.
