One of the richest people in the country and the controlling owner of the International Bank, Tzadik Bino, 77, is a suspect who escaped last Thursday from an accident scene in the Cliff Beach area in north Tel Aviv.
A few hours after the accident, he was questioned with a warning after being summoned to the police station.
Advocate Gal Sharon said: "A righteous, law-abiding citizen.
He was misled by the leadership who told him everything was fine and then he left the place. "
It was an accident between three vehicles, which occurred on the road between the Mandarin Hotel and the Glilot junction.
Tzaddik collided with a vehicle that collided with the vehicle in front of him.
According to the leadership in one of the vehicles, Tzadik told her that it was worth stopping a few meters to the side and then fled the scene.
Bino's license plate was engraved on the vehicle he hit, and so they went into the details of Tzadik and the traffic inspectors summoned him for questioning that day, at the end of which he was released.
Later, one involved came to the hospital for treatment after claiming she was suffering from back pain while the other did not go to the hospital.
In the absence of Tzadik Bino, Adv. Gal Sharon and Eyal Shimron, Israel Hayom was told that it was a minor car accident in the back of two vehicles traveling in front of Tzadik, and that he did not have time to brake and slightly hit the vehicle in front of him.
According to them, "Benno got out of the car and was there for about five minutes during which he offered the driver of the car in front of him to change details, but she told him that there was no need and no damage and he left the place. A few hours later he was surprised to call the police, he gave all details. "Our client is a law-abiding citizen who was unfortunately misled by the driver at the scene of the accident and left the scene and things will become clear in the future."
