Harel Investments and Insurance becomes a stakeholder in the Hanan Moore Group for NIS 40 million through an allotment of shares.
This is a blocked private placement, which constitutes raising capital for the company, and is carried out at a share price of NIS 37, which reflects a discount of 5.2% on the closing price of the share on the previous trading day.
Following the allotment, the Harel Group will hold 7.23% of the Moore Group's shares.
Menora Mivtachim has signed an agreement with the Sofrin Group and the Weiss Group, in equal parts, of the ONYX project - a new office and commercial complex in Kiryat Ono, which will be built with an investment of NIS 350 million.

The Haifa District Planning and Building Committee has decided to approve the master plan for the city of Umm al-Fahm - the largest Arab city in the Haifa district, with the addition of 22,000 housing units, which will provide a solution for about 140,000 residents.
The plan doubles the area for urban development to about 15,000 dunams, an addition of about one and a half million square meters for commercial and employment areas and 800 dunams for public buildings.
