The Ministry of Health updated this morning (Monday) that 4,868 people have been diagnosed in Corona in the past day.

This increased the number of verified infections in Israel to 600,302.

Yesterday, results were obtained for 54,109 tests, with the positive rate for the virus being 9.3%.

The test data and their results are not final and may change in subsequent updates from the Ministry of Health.

The number of active patients is 70,836.

1,878 patients are hospitalized, of whom 358 are respiratory and 1,140 are severely ill.

Currently, 4,419 people have died from the corona virus in Israel, about a thousand of them in the last three weeks.

Yesterday, 2,394 people were diagnosed in Corona.

The number of tests was 30,897, of which 8% were positive for the virus.
