The 37-year-old former manager of a transport company is accused of killing his former brother-in-law in Plaisir in May 2017 before injuring two other people in Trappes in the following two days.

Monday, he continued to interrupt the hearing to defend himself from these crimes, which have earned him pre-trial detention since his arrest, repeatedly provoking the anger of his lawyer and the president of the court.

For investigators, the murder of the victim on the evening of May 6, 2017 in the parking lot of a fast-food restaurant in the small town of Plaisir, near Trappes, is the work of a "

No less than eleven bullet holes fired from a Kalashnikov assault rifle were found on the windshield of the vehicle of the victim, 35, fatally injured in the neck, arm and rib cage.

If the victim's family immediately accused Malik Abadia, the latter was not recognized by the witnesses present at the fast food restaurant.

The two men were shot in the legs by Kalashnikovs and accused Malik Abadia of being the perpetrator.
