Last week, Attorney General Avichai Mandelblit replied to the High Court that he believes the petitions should be rejected.

"The share affair sharpens the gap between a possible criminal thesis that any person can raise, and an initial evidentiary basis on which the prosecution authorities can rely and on its basis determine that a reasonable suspicion of an offense has been formed," it said.
"All that is before us is a hypothesis, a narrative that can be woven around the existing information, but no reasonable suspicion that an offense has been committed."
The "Black Flags" movement, along with the "Investigation Now" group, will gather to protest during the hearing before the Supreme Court.
Activists began a protest convoy to Jerusalem along Highway 1, carrying submarine models on trucks.
