The northeast monsoon is affecting the coast of Guangdong.
The temperature in the urban area of Hong Kong dropped to around 17 degrees this morning, and the temperature in the New Territories was two or three degrees lower.
The Observatory predicts that the weather in Hong Kong today is fine, cool in the morning, warm and dry during the day, and the highest temperature is about 23 degrees.
