At about 10 am today (26th), a man hanged himself in a unit in Jinghai Building, Yuguang Village, Aberdeen. His 23-year-old son immediately called the police when he found out. The police arrived at the scene and found a 75-year-old male victim named Zheng. One bedroom of the unit was hanged on a nylon rope. He fell into a coma and was taken to Queen Mary Hospital where he died after being rescued.
The police seized the suicide note at the scene and the cause of death has yet to be determined after an autopsy.
