She went to a job interview in Balvanera, they took her that same day but everything ended up turning into a nightmare.

An 18-year-old girl reported that a merchant she contacted for a job advertisement drugged her and sexually abused her.

The 35-year-old defendant was arrested but was released by order of the Justice.

The incident occurred on Saturday around 3:20 p.m., when the victim, a Venezuelan national, was summoned to a local in Paso 693 to conduct

a job interview that he had coordinated a few hours

earlier on Facebook.

The man who offered the position claimed to be called "Santiago", although that was not his real name.

Thais, the victim's mother, told the

Télam

agency

that the defendant asked her daughter for dinner on Friday so that "they could talk about work."

But the young woman rejected that proposal and finally arranged to appear on Saturday morning.

Other victims uploaded messages with the denounced man, highlighting suspicious questions.

Faced with this situation, the mother asked him to send her a photo of the front of the store and the details of the owner of the place upon arrival.

The young woman had the interview in the business, dedicated to the sale of medical clothing, and began to work that same day.

According to the woman's account, during the working day, the defendant offered her several times “a glass of soda or juice” that the girl accepted around noon.

After having a glass of water, the young woman began to feel dizzy

and decided to send a message to her sister, to alert her to the situation.

"I think the owner of where I work drugged me because I feel dizzy

," said the victim in the WhatsApp chat and added the address where he was.

The young woman's sister urgently notified her mother, who was near the shop.

Another exchange of messages, from "Santiago", arranging a job interview.

The woman immediately denounced the incident and officers from the Neighborhood Police Station 3A of the City Police went to the scene.

Upon arrival, the agents noticed that the shop was closed with the blinds down.

After knocking on the door several times, the police entered and found

the young woman lying on a ladder, naked on top of her body

and, apparently, under the effect of some substance, according to sources in the case told

Clarín

.

Next to it was the business owner, identified by his initials as IHGM, who was arrested.

“I was drugged, with dirty clothes, naked torso and just like a man's T-shirt.

We found her with her underwear badly put on, barefoot and with unruly hair, ”said Thais.

The officers requested the assistance of the Emergency Medical Care System (SAME), which treated the victim and transferred her to the Ramos Mejía Hospital, where she was treated by a medical examiner to establish that she suffered a possible sexual abuse.

Other victims uploaded messages with the denounced man, highlighting suspicious questions.

The case was in charge of Criminal and Correctional Court No. 15 in charge of Judge Karina Zucconi, who charged the man with the crime of

"simple sexual abuse" and released him

, according to sources from the investigation.

For their part, the young woman and her mother were assisted by a psychological cabinet.

“My daughter is very bad

because they gave the man freedom.

She is now receiving psychological assistance, "said the young woman's mother.

Finally, the woman asked for justice for her daughter: “He is a rapist who should not be loose, but rather be in prison awaiting trial.

Justice told us that he is free because he has no record ”.

After the news about the abuse suffered by the young Venezuelan went viral on social networks, other girls came out to denounce that "Santiago" himself had contacted them about job offers, made comments about their physical appearance and always put a lot of emphasis on if they were alone or as a couple.
