The head of the Committee for the Implementation of Imam Khomeini's Order Muhammad Mukhabhar announced that the results of the tests for the first phase of the Iranian Corona vaccine were positive for all volunteers, while no side effects were recorded.
In statements to reporters today, an informant confirmed that the vaccine responds to all tests excellently and until the end of the current Iranian year, which ends on the 20th of next March, 2 to 3 million doses of the vaccine will be produced, indicating that the first phase of testing the Iranian Corona vaccine on 21 volunteers is about to end.
An informant added that the approval was issued yesterday to conduct a test on 14 volunteers, thus bringing the total number so far to 56 volunteers who received the vaccine, indicating that the second phase will start soon and that the general vaccination of citizens will start during the next March and April.
