US President Joe Biden signed a measure on travel restrictions due to the pandemic. The measure restores COVID-19 travel restrictions that former President Trump lifted and includes non-U.S. Citizens who have been to Brazil, Ireland, the United Kingdom, much of Europe and South Africa. A new rule also begins that requires US-bound air passengers to have a negative covid-19 test to enter the country. The test must have been carried out within the three days prior to the flight.
