The vaccination of health professionals is

for the benefit of other priority audiences (elderly, chronically ill), denounces Tuesday, January 26 the Regional Union of liberal doctors of Ile-de-France, which regrets the opening of
"Too many small centers"
under pressure from local elected officials.

In hospitals responsible for vaccinating caregivers,

for the first dose and to postpone the second from 21 to 28 days, says in a press release from the Regional Union of Health Professionals (URPS) representing the 21,000 liberal doctors in Ile-de-France.
The authority denounces an
"opportunistic decision"
taken
"to supply too many small centers opened precipitously
" in order to
"satisfy the pressing demand of the communities"
and warns that it
"will not accompany

unbalanced strategy"

"We ask to continue the vaccination effort of all caregivers at risk,"
told AFP its president, radiologist Daniel Silberman, who believes that the regional health agency (ARS) and the ministry must
"assume the difficulty getting vaccines ”
