On the 11th of this month, at the security station of the University Station of the Chinese University of Hong Kong, about 8 people in black pulled down the railings. A 55-year-old male security guard was sprayed with unknown powder. Afterwards, he felt discomfort in his eyes and was sent to the hospital for treatment.

On the same day, the police arrested a 20-year-old man surnamed Cao on suspicion of "disorderly conduct in public places" and "ordinary assault."

As of about 7:30 pm yesterday (25th), officers from the Regional Crime Squad of New Territories South had arrested three more CUHK boys, aged between them, on suspicion of "illegal assembly" and "attack others with the intention of not doing certain actions." 19 to 22 years old.

After being arrested, they were taken to the CUHK dormitory for search.

It is reported that the arrested persons include Ou Zhuosi, chairman of the CUHK Student Union.

The police will explain the case later and "Hong Kong 01" will be broadcast live.

The Interim Administrative Committee of the CUHK Student Union responded to the incident on Facebook last night, stating that at least three CUHK students were arrested in the incident. The incident occurred at noon on the 11th of this month. At the Zhongda security post in the square outside of Exit A of University Station, about 8 people in black pulled down the iron fence and sprayed white powder on the security guards. Then they scattered. Among them, the arrested man was arrested. Security intercepted.

The firefighter arrived at the scene to test the white powder. The powder was weakly acidic and did not react with water. The composition needs to be further tested.

According to the CUHK campus radio station, at the time of the incident, several people in black chanted "Don't wash the show card" in front of the security station, urging students entering CUHK not to show their student IDs. Afterwards, the group of people in black pushed down the bars.

This time the police entered the Chinese University for evidence twice within half a month.

After the incident, the police, accompanied by personnel from the Security Department of CUHK, searched for evidence on campus at 3:30 pm on the following day (12th). They conducted investigations in the vicinity of Chung Kee Church and the staff canteen to find out the location of the CCTV.
