The heavy snowfall caused numerous obstructions on the roads in the Miesbach district on Tuesday.
However, there were no major accidents.

- Heavy snowfall in connection with snow drifts on Tuesday, January 26th, caused numerous obstructions on the roads in the Miesbach district.
A truck got stuck at Jedlinger Berg near Irschenberg, and according to the Miesbach police, Baumer Berg near Müller am Baum even had to be closed for half an hour because several vehicles could not proceed.
But there were no major accidents until evening.

A spokesman for the Holzkirchen police reported on request about some cars that slid into the ditch on the snow-smooth B 318 between Warngau and Marschall.
Cars also came off the road on the state road between Lochham and Holzkirchen.
At times, some trucks got stuck on the Thalmühler Berg near Wall.
Major sheet metal damage occurred in the morning at the motorway junction in Weyarn (towards Munich): A truck turned sideways and slid into the guardrail.
As reported by the highway police, the truck temporarily blocked the lane, which was closed for about an hour.

From a fire brigade's point of view, it was a quiet day, reports district fire chief Anton Riblinger.
His focus is already on the coming weekend, when thaw and rain could create a risk of flooding.
