The fact that we cannot predict the future should not prevent us from drawing the lessons of the past.

76 years after the gates of hell opened in Auschwitz, we must look back and prepare for the future.

Ambassador Arden: "Israel will not allow Iran to achieve nuclear capability"

As 76 years ago, even today, we are witnessing the complacency of the Security Council in the face of Tehran's attempts to get its hands on nuclear weapons.

As then, the warning lights are on, but the UN Security Council is silent and doing nothing, the world continues to close its eyes and wait complacently. Until when?

Probably until it's too late.

No more!

Israel will not allow Nazi Iran to become a nuclear threshold.

The resemblance between the Nazi regime and the ayatollahs should worry the world.

Iran is ruled by a crazy extremist ideology with a totalitarian "party" that executes dissidents, blocks the internet and information channels as it pleases and controls all areas of life.

Khamenei and his regime are Holocaust deniers, suffering from the virus of anti-Semitism, and openly working to advance their goal - the destruction of the Jewish state.

Their words are also backed up by actions - the Iranian parliament is even promoting legislation to destroy Israel until 2041, and it continues to violate the nuclear agreement that will threaten Israel and the entire world.

When we say "no more" in our memory of the Holocaust, this is what we mean: Israel must not allow the world's most dangerous regime to lay its hands on the world's most dangerous weapons.

The advantage gained over Iran through the harsh US sanctions should be exploited in favor of an agreement that will truly prevent Iran from having any nuclear capability.

Returning to the old agreement would be a mistake - and the mistake of 2015 must not be repeated.

Iran will only come to the negotiating table when it has to deal with a necessary combination of crippling sanctions and a military threat. This was proven in the past before the signing of the nuclear deal when Iran reached the negotiating table, which unfortunately ended in a bad deal that did not curb its murderous ambitions.

The agreement not only did not stop the nuclear program, it also transferred billions of dollars to Iran, which reached the terrorist organizations around us.

The removal of the sanctions will only persuade Iran to refuse any further negotiations and wait a few more years until the restrictions of the nuclear agreement are lifted.

In 1945, 12 years after Hitler came to power, the Allies liberated Auschwitz.

Among those released were three of my grandparents.

Today the international community must ask itself, should this have taken 12 years?

Could not the murder of so many have been prevented?

And most importantly - can we take the risk again and repeat the same mistakes?

Can we stand aside when history rewrites itself before our eyes?

Can we be silent when an existential threat occurs and comes to our door?

Never again - it's today!
