The epidemic in Hong Kong continues. The Centre for Health Protection announced today (26th) that 64 new confirmed cases, 63 of which are local cases, of which 21 are of unknown origin.
The list of mandatory testing buildings continues to expand, and 8 more buildings are "on the list", including Block R, Luk Yeung Village, Tsuen Wan, Xin Fu House, Tin Fu Court, Tin Shui Wai, and No. 241 Apliu Street, Sham Shui Po, and No. 25-47 Man Yuen Street, Jordan Huilou, Changle Building, Bijia Street, Hung Hom, etc.
Today, 8 new buildings have been added to the list of compulsory testing, including Block R, Luyang New Village, Tsuen Wan.

The Director of the Department of Infectious Diseases of the Centre for Health Protection of the Department of Health, Zhang Zhujun, said that residents and visitors of any building in a non-designated area with two or more units confirmed to be subject to mandatory testing. New buildings added today include Luyang New Village in Tsuen Wan Block R and Xin Fu House, Tin Fu Court, Tin Shui Wai, the former has a total of 3 confirmed cases and a total of 5 people, two of which belong to the same floor; Xin Fu House, Tin Fu Court involves two units, but with different directions and floors.
The authorities also announced today that they will expand the designated areas in Jordan, add additional designated areas in Mong Kok and Hung Hom, Yau Ma Tei, and retain designated areas in Sham Shui Po.
If there is a confirmed case in a building in the district, or the sewage test is positive, residents are required to perform mandatory testing.
Under the new regulations, Asia Building, 254-258 Cheung Sha Wan Road, 241 Apliu Street, Sham Shui Po, Man Fai Building, 25-47 Man Yuen Street, Jordan, 115 Shanghai Street, Jordan, Prospect Building, Nathan Road, Yau Ma Tei, and Hung Hom Changle Building, Bijia Street, must be included in the mandatory inspection list.
Zhang Zhujun then added that the list is still being verified and the government announcement tonight shall prevail.
