Later, when the two met, they kissed and touched B's chest, and also reached into B's pants to touch her private parts. A few months later, when the defendant met B in the park, he had sex with B while standing in the park.
The female victim later found something wrong and stopped contacting the defendant.
The defendant was released on bail since his arrest in June 2018. In July of the same year, he and his friends and 14-year-old girl C were drinking and having fun in Lan Kwai Fong. While the defendant took C home, he dragged C into inter-stairway sex.
When the defendant pleaded, he alleged that the victim C had embraced him on the same day, or sent the wrong message to the defendant, emphasizing that he committed the last case without tactics.
