Method for closing bags of frozen vegetables (@philiky)

Forget everything you knew until now about opening and re-closing packages and bags, especially bags of frozen food.

Philip Quinn of Queensland, uploaded a particularly viral video to Tiktok in which he reveals an easy but ingenious method for opening and closing a bag of frozen chips that allows him to store it in the freezer while maintaining freshness and opacity effortlessly.

What did he do you ask?

Instead of cutting the bag sideways as (almost) all of us do, he cut it in half lengthwise and created a sort of two loops of the bag and with the remaining edges to the bag he easily tied it hermetically, without the need for a clip or accessory to seal it.

Many respondents were angry at the man who cut the bag in the middle, but were very impressed afterwards when they saw what use he makes of this cut to tie it.
