Take the time to digest the title and internalize: this is a real, healthy and even delicious recipe • Welcome to the food section that will surprise you time and time again on the way to the kitchen
It looks like brownies, smells like brownies, I swear to you it's as tasty as brownies too, but no, it's just not brownies, but something much healthier.
Admitting guilt, I chose to call it that so that children would get the urge to taste it, experience shows it does the job.
"Work" on them, white lie is fine.
• Tu B'Shvat is delicious - even for children!
The basis of this "brownies" and the dominant raw material in which is, as mentioned, black beans.
This is a dish with insane nutritional values, in a good section, in the guise of a corrupt dessert, also in a good section.
Black beans are the complete protein of the dish.
Next to it we have oat flakes which are a complex carbohydrate and rich in dietary fiber.
The relative sweetness will be given to us by quality coconut oil and dates.
Now be honest, especially the parents among you, would you be able to convince your children to eat these ingredients as they are?
Not as part of "Brownies"?
I do not think so.
But notice, they all grind in a blender, pour into English cake and bake.
Instead of being disgusted - your children will ask for more.
Ingredients:
133 grams of black / red beans (1 cup of cold drink)
20 grams of natural cocoa powder (3 full spoons)
100 g thin oat flakes (1 and 3/4 cups cold drinks)
10 pitted and peeled dates from the mirror variety (or 5 megahol)
20 g coconut oil (3 tablespoons in liquid state)
A pinch of Himalayan salt
100 g cup of natural maple syrup (1/2 cup of cold drink)
1 teaspoon natural vanilla extract
Preparation:
1. Soak the black beans in a bowl with the water for 24 hours, strain and leave in a colander until germinating (in summer about 12 hours, in winter about 24/48 hours).
2. Cook the beans in a pot with water until completely softened (340 g of cooked beans = 3 cups of Hadap for cold drinking).
Grind the cooked beans with all the other ingredients in a blender - until smooth and thick at night.
4. Pour the batter into a pan according to the desired thickness of the brownies (suitable for one English cake pan).
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 18 minutes and remove from the oven to cool.
* Cut into squares at least half an hour after the brownies have come out of the oven.
enjoy your meal!
