The Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, Boris Johnson, apologized today (Wednesday) to the British people for the failure of his government to deal with the Corona virus and the high death toll from the plague, which has crossed the threshold of the millennium in the last day.

"I think on a day like this I must repeat the fact that I deeply apologize to every person whose life was lost to the plague. Of course, as Prime Minister, I take full responsibility for everything the government does. I can tell you that we do everything we can to prevent loss of life and suffering, in very serious condition. "It's very difficult," Johnson said at a special news conference.

"The situation is very difficult for our country and we will continue to do everything to try and get out of it, as every government in the world is trying to do at the moment," Johnson said at the end of his remarks.

Labor chairman Kier Stammer attacked Johnson, saying the government had failed to address the crisis and should consider its steps.

More than 100,000 people have died from the corona plague in the UK and mortality and morbidity rates have risen significantly since the local mutation of the virus broke out, about two months ago.

Despite the difficult situation, there has been some decline in morbidity over the past week and experts in the UK are already claiming that the peak of the mutation rampage has passed.

Corona's commissioner in the UK, Professor Chris Whitty, said this morning that he believes Britain has passed the peak of the current wave and has announced that it will set up a team to look at how closures imposed on the country's citizens can be eased.
