A 65-year-old psychologist from Jerusalem is suspected of sexually assaulting a young woman who was being treated by him
The Magistrate's Court extended by 5 days the detention of the therapist who allegedly harmed a patient who came to him a few years ago due to a previous sexual assault and also following the murder of Shira Banki.

The Jerusalem Magistrate's Court last night (Thursday) extended for five days the detention of a 65-year-old psychologist who was arrested on Wednesday on suspicion of committing sexual offenses on a 20-year-old patient.
Police believe that there may be other patients who were injured and asked to publish his name on the grounds that this may help advance the investigation.
But Judge Bialin Elazar accepted the defense's position and banned the publication of his name and identifying details until February 1.
