Under the influence of drugs and alcohol, a woman (33) rioted in and in front of the Therme Erding.

She has now received the receipt in court for this: She has to be detained for ten months.

Erding

- Four officers from the Erdinger police will not forget the operation on the afternoon of November 21, 2019.

You were called to the thermal baths because of a rampaging woman.

The two patrol crews met a fury there.

She roared around for hours, uttered savage insults, bit two officers on the hands, raged in the patrol car and behaved in such a way that the doctor noted "maximum restlessness" in his report when the blood was drawn in the hospital.

The Munich resident has now received the receipt from magistrate Andreas Wassermann: Because it is already the fifth conviction, the 33-year-old has to go to prison for ten months - without parole.

Prosecutor Sandra Belling had asked for exactly that.

The three-and-a-half-hour hearing - the defendant did not appear at the first meeting without excuse, whereupon the court ordered a demonstration by the police - was anything but tension-free.

After public defender Christian Finke had dropped the word "stupid" in relation to Belling's argument, Wassermann called him to order.

Because there were differences as to what the lawyer had meant by "stupid", he wanted to have the chairman declare biased.

The public prosecutor waved it off in annoyance, and after a break in negotiations everyone calmed down again.

The woman from Munich visited the thermal baths alone on the November day.

After a few visits to the sauna, the images diverged.

The 33-year-old said she felt harassed by an unknown guest.

There was an argument, it got loud - and the staff put it in front of the door.

There were four pints of beer on the thermal bath receipt.

The alcohol test, however, showed a value of 2.4 per thousand.

The woman admitted that she had drunk beer and Jägermeister the night before "until sunrise".

The blood test also showed the consumption of marijuana and cocaine.

The unemployed mother of two five and ten year old children still treats herself to both.

This mix obviously made them tickle.

The shift supervisor of the thermal baths reported on the witness stand: “The woman sat crying in front of the cash register because she had no money with her.

In itself that's not bad.

Because then we will send an invoice. ”However, because the 33-year-old could not identify herself, the employee told her to call the police.

“At first she accepted that,” recalled the witness.

"At first I felt sorry for her." But then she ran outside like mad and hid behind a car in the parking lot.

Defense attorney Finke tried to put the blame on the police officers.

"The effort was not justified, nor was the blood collection." They would have overreacted.

The policemen delivered a different version.

The 33-year-old was hardly responsive, only yelled and insulted.

On the way to the patrol car and at the hospital, she “offered resistance in a way that I have never experienced in my career,” said one of the officers.

"We had to carry her away, and she bit two of us," said a colleague.

She didn't even want to calm down in the cell.

The trial revealed that the 33-year-old was addicted to alcohol at the time and repeatedly resorted to drugs and prescription medication.

She justified this with her difficult personal situation.

She only had fragmentary memories of the afternoon.

After all, she apologized to a victim of her bite attack.

Prosecutor Belling called for ten months in prison without parole.

"A year before the act you were sentenced to six months probation for a similar act," she quoted from the Federal Central Register.

There are four convictions since 2017 for substance abuse, insult, threat and assault on police officers listed.

Defender Finke said a fine of 2,400 euros would be sufficient.

Should the court impose a prison sentence, then only on probation.

Finally, the appraiser also recognized a reduced ability to understand and control because of the alcoholism.

The probation period should be combined with therapy.

Judge Wassermann followed Belling's request.

The defendant shows no insight into their consumption behavior.

Probation will not lead "you to face your problem".

He does not see a favorable social prognosis with her.
