Sylvain D., 34, from Villiers-le-Bel, who admitted the facts, has been tried since Wednesday by the criminal court of Val-d'Oise for having, on July 31, 2019, tried to rape a young woman from 21 years old, then raped a 14-year-old girl, on the same line of the RER.
His trip by RER, nightmare of his victims, begins around 10 am, on line D, in Villiers-le-Bel.
S., 21, had fallen asleep when he settled down next to him.
She tries to get off the train, he stops her and takes out a knife.

"The rape did not succeed only because of the resistance of the victim and his composure," said the investigating judge by referring the accused to court.
Sylvain D. will stay one hour at Creil station (Oise) with his victim before taking the train back to Paris, leaving him his phone number.
40 minutes of violence filmed by CCTV cameras
At 2:30 p.m., the same sordid scenario recurs further down the line.
He sits next to a teenage girl at Corbeil-Essonnes station.
He asks her questions, embraces her by the waist, she pushes him away, explaining that she is only 14 years old.
Sylvain D. shows off his knife again.
He gets up, demands a blowjob, slapping the victim who refuses before grabbing her by the hair and forcing her.
He will start again a few minutes later, after having struck more blows.
The scene, which lasts nearly 40 minutes, took place in the field of the camera and reveals the brutality of the aggressor, who went down to Melun (Seine-et-Marne).
“We have few such violent incidents in public transport.
It is rare that the victims have to struggle at this point, ”confided at the hearing the police officer of the Ile-de-France networks brigade, in charge of the investigation.
She describes a man who, in police custody, "minimizes the facts" and evokes the fear of the victim as the only constraint, before changing his mind about his violence, confronted with unstoppable video images.

In 2013, he was convicted of sexual assault of a 15-year-old minor.

The accused will then obtain a dismissal for the acts of rape, the absence of consent not being established and will be sentenced, lightly, to 50 day-fines at 10 euros.
What does not appear on his criminal record and his thirteen mentions, but which questions just as much, are the accusations of three of his former companions for violence, death threats or rape.

J., with whom he had two boys, had denounced rapes committed in a cellar in Villiers-le-Bel, after being beaten, forced to smoke cannabis and drink alcohol.
