Deaths in Mexico surpassed those in India this Thursday, thus becoming the third country with the most deaths from the coronavirus pandemic, according to data from Johns Hopkins University.

In total, Mexico has more than 155,000 deaths from covid-19.

The 2 countries that exceed it in number of deaths are the United States and Brazil.
