Enhancing women's capabilities, developing their skills, enabling them to choose productive projects and managing their time well to be an effective partner in building society and supporting the national economy is what the "Skilled Women" program implemented by the Businesswomen Committee of the Aleppo Chamber of Industry seeks.

In this regard, the chairwoman of the Chamber’s Businesswomen’s Committee, Annie Marcoussian, indicated to the SANA reporter that the “Skilled Women” program included organizing several courses that included theoretical lectures and practical applications for participants on life skills, communication, time management, economic feasibility study and planning for any project that any woman could undertake to enter the market. Work and achieve success in it and thus enhance its role in society.

Holding successive training courses for businesswomen to empower women and supply the labor market with productive business women is what the "skilled women" program is working on, according to what the Secretary of the Aleppo Chamber of Industry, Raafat Shammaa, pointed out, pointing out that work is running in parallel to implement the "steadfast women" program and target the families of the wounded and martyrs. And the casualties of war to help them enter the labor market, production and provide manpower.

The training courses for the program aim to enhance the role of women and put them on the right path and help them to set up small future projects that benefit them. This is what Samah Khayyat, a member of the Businesswomen Committee at the Chamber of Industry, indicated while the trainer, Mariana El-Hanash, who is concerned with protection programs, psychological support and negotiation skills, pointed out that she is training participants in skills Life, communication, time management, and building work teams in order to develop their capabilities and help them communicate in the community, enter the labor market and find appropriate livelihoods by establishing profitable economic projects and eliminating social problems that women face, such as early marriage.

Muhammad Munir Olabi, a consultant and trainer at the Aleppo Chamber of Industry, indicated that he provides business plans for the participants to help them start their projects, enhance their marketing skills and study the economic feasibility of gaps in the market, noting the respondents' response and high morale and their willingness to start small projects and production.

SANA's camera monitored the opinions of a number of participants in the program, as Rida Darwish explained that she had acquired ideas from the program to establish her own project, as she intends to open an educational institute, while Koser Sukoon said, “She learned from the training courses the first steps to establish a successful project and not to fall into a loss or error.” While she indicated Natalie Kazkosyan that she learned from the program how to practical implementation of her project, which is to open a kindergarten.
