It is unavoidable in the future that you will sometimes feel helpless, weak, powerless and vulnerable, just like you experienced as a child.
It is also unavoidable that you repeat old beliefs such as “I am weak” or “Nobody likes me” or fall back into old patterns, for example “I have to hold back” or “I have to be careful.” The sooner you If you notice this relapse into old patterns, the easier it becomes to break away from them.
