Following the publication of the names of the five defendants involved in the rape of the girl in Ashkelon, another complaint was filed over the weekend on suspicion of rape against one of those involved.
The complaint was filed by a 22-year-old Ashdod resident with the city police.
In her initial testimony, she said that she had previously been in a relationship with the main defendant, Moshe Zino.
She claims he raped her about four years ago.
Following that rape, she added, she became pregnant and had an abortion.
She further stated that after the incident, he severed contact with her and she did not see him anymore, and that the publication about his accusation of rape in Ashkelon led her to file a complaint against him.
The Lachish police confirmed the filing of the complaint, noting that the investigation is ongoing.
