At about 10 pm yesterday (30th), officers from the Special Duty Squad of Mong Kok Police District launched an anti-drug operation code-named "Pixing". A 47-year-old Indian man and a 37-year-old Mongolian borrower were intercepted on Argyle Street in Mong Kok. The woman holding street paper also seized about 2 grams of suspected ketamine, about 3 grams of suspected cocaine, about 6 grams of suspected crack cocaine and about 9,000 yuan in cash on the man.

The total market value of seized drugs is about 23,000 yuan.

The two men and women were arrested for "drug trafficking" and are now being detained for investigation.

The police remind the public that any person who is convicted of trafficking in dangerous drugs is liable to a maximum fine of 5 million yuan and life imprisonment.
