A baby for one year was in a reserved state after
receiving six bullets
in a brutal attack committed this Saturday at dawn in the western area of Rosario.
His dad was also seriously injured.
The mother of the girl revealed that a man
entered her house while they were sleeping
and opened fire on the three of them and then escaped without being identified.
Everything happened in a house from February 27 to 7800. Alejandra is 29 years old and woke up alarmed around 3 in the morning.
His partner also got up and leaned out the window when he heard the same noise, but when he turned around he found an armed boy inside his room.
The shooter was
wearing a mask and said something to her before opening fire
, although the woman did not get to hear what it was about.
At the time the shooting began, the young woman was only trying to protect her 13-month-old daughter, who was between her legs.
However,
the projectiles struck them both
when her husband was shot.
The girl was transferred to the Víctor J. Vilela Children's Hospital with multiple injuries to her abdomen and had to be operated on.
The director of the municipal hospital, Viviana Esquivel, explained that the baby remained this Saturday with mechanical respiratory assistance.
In surgery, the doctors
reconstructed her intestines
and the mother was grateful after receiving the first part about her daughter's health.
"
We are not to go looking for problems
or lawsuits. I do not know if it was due to a settling of accounts or to intimidate us because they want the house," said Alejandra.
In a report with

, she commented that her husband's brother is Nelson Aguirre and he is a prisoner in the Piñero jail.
In 2017, he was sentenced to 16 years in prison in an abbreviated trial for the murder of Javier Humberto Barqulla (37), a bricklayer shot on February 4, 2015 in Villa Banana.
"Pandu" was then identified as the leader of a gang linked to drug trafficking in that sector of Rosario.
However, his sister-in-law lives in the Godoy neighborhood and assures that they have no contact with him.
After the attack perpetrated this weekend, Jonathan Ernesto Aguirre (34), the baby's father, was treated at the Clemente Álvarez Emergency Hospital (Heca).
When he was admitted, he had wounds to the thorax, shoulder and right leg, so he was also operated on in the operating room.
Her partner was treated at Centenario Hospital for minor injuries to her right thigh and knee.
In the morning he was discharged and went to see how his daughter was.
His other children were also in the house, although they
slept in another room and were unharmed
.
"They got up after what happened because they heard my screams," explained the mother.
The baby is the second patient seen at the Vilela in less than 12 hours for gunshot wounds.
The previous afternoon, a 3-year-old boy arrived at the same hospital after being
shot in the left shoulder
.
The boy and his father were victims of an attack committed by motorcyclists on Uruguay at 6300.
