An avalanche has gone off on Feldberg in the Black Forest.
The mountain rescue service is looking for victims.
A woman may have crashed or fallen into a snow hole.

, the Hochschwarzwald mountain rescue service looked for people buried on Sunday evening.
Shortly beforehand,
a woman had fallen
in a "very steep gully" between
Seebuck summit and Feldsee
or fell into a snow hole, said a
mountain rescue service
spokesman.

According to initial findings,

Then the avalanche on the Feldberg went off, making the
rescue work
more difficult.
Because of the avalanche, the deployment will probably last until late in the evening, it said.
Two weeks ago (on January 17th) an avalanche hit the Feldberg.
One person was buried at the time.
