In a conversation that one of the organizers of the demonstration, who even arrived at the police station in Dubai yesterday (Saturday), had with "Israel Today", she said: "We will do whatever it takes to get us back to Israel. We came to the police station to try and organize things. "Possibility to return to Israel. People run out of money, there are heartbreaking stories here."

Internal talks between the organizers of the demonstration indicate that there is a desire to arrive at the airport in Dubai in order to ask the authorities in the UAE to allow them to return to Israel.

Some of the Israelis who remained in Dubai even sent letters to government representatives.

Among the Israelis who were left unanswered in the city are spouses who left a four-month-old baby in Israel, Israelis whose visas have expired and who are about to receive a fine, and Israelis who are in poor health.

The government is expected to convene today at 18:00 to discuss the issue of extending the closure in Israel, and also the matter of the continued closure of the airport.

The decision to close Ben Gurion Airport for a long time is expected to face legal difficulties, which calls the matter into question.

However, it may be that in the first stage it will be decided to extend the closure by only a few days.

The meeting will also discuss the issues of those thousands of Israelis who remain abroad and even try to find an appropriate solution for them. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Ministry of Health officials support the extension of the airport closure, although there are elements who oppose the matter and are trying to find alternative solutions. An electronic handcuff that will be attached to returnees from abroad, but it is likely that this matter will not pass legally.

One of the problems the Ministry of Health has to deal with when returning from abroad is the issue of entering solitary confinement, which is not properly enforced, as according to the ministry data many of them violate the directive. Despite the relatively widespread support for extending Ben Gurion Airport.
