France is not reconfined but, since Sunday, the 396 shopping centers of more than 20,000 m2 in France have looked very dismal.
After a last rush Saturday in their alleys, they emptied, by decision of the government.
Only food shops and pharmacies have the right to remain open there.
All the other businesses had to close their doors indefinitely.
Between 22,000 and 25,000 stores are affected, according to Procos.

The ban on opening also affects points of sale which alone are more than 20,000 m2: the flagships of Galeries Lafayette and Printemps, boulevard Haussmann in Paris, the BHV du Marais, or even Ikea.
Stores deemed essential in spring and November, such as DIY stores, are this time affected by the closure if they are installed in a shopping center of more than 20,000 m2.
The government has spared itself new debates on what is essential and what is not.
