Two days after another young woman complained against Moshe Zino, one of the main suspects in the 17-year-old rape case in Ashkelon, another complaint has now been filed against one of the suspects.

Another complaint was filed today (Monday) with the Israel Police against one of the suspects in the serious case, in which five young men in their 20s are suspected of rape and sodomy in a 17-year-old girl. Following the complaint, the police opened an investigation.
This complaint comes just two days after a 22-year-old woman filed another complaint against Moshe Zino, one of the main suspects in the rape who was also the partner of the 17-year-old complainant, following the explosion of the affair and the publication of the names of the suspects.
The additional complaint was submitted by a resident of Ashdod to the city police.
In her initial testimony, she said that she had previously been in a relationship with the main defendant, Moshe Zino.
She claims he raped her about four years ago.
Following that rape, she added, she became pregnant and had an abortion.
She further stated that after the incident, he severed contact with her and she did not see him anymore, and that the publication about his accusation of rape in Ashkelon led her to file a complaint against him.
The Lachish police confirmed the filing of the complaint, noting that the investigation is ongoing.
"Encourage the defendants and document the incident"
Last Wednesday, the Supreme Court allowed the names of the defendants in the rape and aggravated act of sodomy in the 17-year-old girl from Ashkelon to be published: Moshe Zino (20), Aviv Ohayon (23), Yitzhak Maman (24), Lior Simhon (29) and Daniel Danilov (20).
Everyone except Ohayon is also accused of supplying a dangerous drug.
According to the indictment, attributed to all the defendants, the girl, about 17 years old at the time of the incident that took place in the summer of 2020, was Zeno's partner, and the two arranged to meet.
She arrived at an apartment in Ashkelon.
The defendants along with another whose identity is unknown sat with the girl in the living room and smoked cannabis.
At one point, the defendants and the other entered the room where the girl was staying and committed sexual offenses together, despite her refusal and while insulting her.
According to the indictment, Zeno encouraged the other defendants with humiliating chants and documented the incident.
