At the end of last week, five traffickers were placed in detention and thirteen others under judicial supervision for transport, possession, acquisition, offer or transfer of narcotics, criminal conspiracy and laundering of drug trafficking.
This is the result of the 22 police custody held as part of the dismantling of one of the biggest deal points in Saint-Ouen (Seine-Saint-Denis), last Wednesday.
Four police custody had been lifted after 48 hours.
Among those held in custody, only one person was missing and not the least, since it is the owner of this big "oven".
"He is currently on the run," said the Bobigny prosecutor's office.
On the other hand, his wife was indicted for money laundering and non-justification of resources.
This masterful crackdown made it possible to stop all the links in a network that operated at 86, avenue Michelet, a few steps from the flea market.
All the “trades” of traffic are concerned, “from nannies of money and narcotics, to the dealer, including the recharger, day and night managers, the manager of the deal point, the henchmen up to the grocer in whose shop the recipes of the day were stored ”, specifies the parquet floor.
200 police officers and gendarmes mobilized
The latter appealed against three placements under judicial supervision ordered by the judge of freedoms and detention.
This vast anti-stups operation followed another crackdown that ended in a first wave of arrests in June 2020.
This time, it mobilized 200 police and gendarmes and led to the arrests of 22 individuals.
They were carried out thanks to an important work of investigation and cooperation, over many months, between the police station of Saint-Ouen, the research section, the GIR 93 (interregional group) and the AnaCrim teams (criminal analysis ).
The searches led to the seizure of 58,406 euros in cash, 6.3 kg of cannabis resin and 1.4 kg of herbal cannabis.
An apartment was seized as well as 70,980 euros in a bank account.
