Between thirty and forty students organized a clandestine party in the Tarn, Saturday, January 30, to celebrate the 18 years of three of them.
The three birthday organizers were arrested for "
endangering others
", and 18 people were fined.
A first complaint was filed for “
acts of violence
” and a second for “
degradations
”.

, the gendarmerie of the PSIG of Gaillac, first alerted by the neighbors for nighttime noise, claimed to have had to intervene three times during this clandestine party in a large gîte at a place called Lisle-sur-Tarn, a small village south-west of Gaillac.
At the sight of the police, some participants fled, but the gendarmes however managed to control 18 young people who were fined for prohibited meeting.
The participants were all students and most of them came from engineering schools in Toulouse and Montauban.
The three organizers were quickly identified by the gendarmes: a procedure for "
endangering others
" was initiated, and the court of Albi was seized.
"
Everything could have ended there, but we then had to intervene a second time
", explains the squadron leader of the gendarmerie.
This time, it is not the neighbors, but the organizers who call the gendarmes, "
to calm the spirits following a confusion between several young people
", one specifies.
As soon as they left, the gendarmes had to intervene again at 7 am, at the request of the owner of the lodging.
The latter, having learned the facts, would have come to express his dissatisfaction to the tenants and to demand their departure from the lodge immediately.

It went very badly, there was an exchange of blows: one of the owner's friends slapped a student,
" reports the PSIG gendarmerie in Gaillac.
According to
La Dépêche
, which revealed the case, the owner would have agreed to rent his gîte to only eight people: “
The young people rented the gîte for eight people for a family reunion which could not take place at the end. year,
”he explains to the regional daily.
The owner filed a complaint for "
damage
" and the student slapped the face for "
acts of violence
".
