Summary :
In July 2009, Nadège Chesne was found dead hanged at her home in Sète in the Hérault department.
She had just been hired in the city hospital.
She leaves a letter full of remorse after having cheated on her husband the day before with a colleague, Patrick Isoird.
Five years later, the latter's corpse is found tied up and half-charred in a cave gallery.
The first suspicions are directed quickly towards the husband of Nadège: Rémi Chesne.
On January 18, 2021, the trial of the assassination of Patrick Isoird opens, before the Assize Court of Hérault.
After ten days of hearing, without really overwhelming evidence, Rémi Chesne is sentenced to thirty years in prison for the murder of his wife's lover.
He brings in his wake, Audrey Louvet, an acquaintance involved in this affair and sentenced to twelve years in prison.
