Advocate Shachar Ben Meir also addressed the party, warning before submitting a petition to the Central Election Commission on the subject.

The movement requests that in blue and white the meetings that have been held so far through the Minister's Office, either physically or through the use of the Defense Minister's "zoom" program, and by means belonging to the Ministry of Defense itself, such as a camera and other equipment.
Another letter, sent by Adv. Shachar Ben Meir to Blue and White, states that "Continuing to hold conferences or any political activity and associations by you in the Ministry of Defense, which you use to participate in a political conference, is a violation of the Propaganda Law and exceeds the Attorney General's instructions." Meir demands that Gantz stop "any use of the Ministry of Defense and the Bureau for political purposes" by next week, and if not he intends to apply to the Central Election Commission on the matter.
