Iran began enriching uranium with another cluster of second-generation centrifuges underground facility of its Natanz, a violation of the nuclear agreement - that the report showed the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) member states arrived today (Tuesday) told Reuters.

Tehran has already enriched Uranium with one cluster of 174 second-generation centrifuges in Natanz. It informed the IAEA in December that it planned to install three more clusters there, and one of them had already started operating.

The report also states that the installation of the second cluster is nearing completion, and that work has begun on the third cluster.

Last summer, there was an explosion at a facility in Netanz, which according to foreign reports was an Israeli operation aimed at disrupting the acceleration of Iran's nuclear program.

Tehran has violated most of its commitments to the nuclear deal signed with the superpowers in 2015, since former US President Donald Trump resigned in 2018 and imposed renewed sanctions on it.

The administration of new President Joe Biden wants to return to talks with Iran, but demands that Tehran return to its part in the agreement before it removes the sanctions.

In addition, Washington wants to make changes to the agreement so that it will also deal with the missile program and its activities in the Middle East.

Iran rejects the opening of the agreement for negotiations and says the United States must first remove the sanctions before returning to abide by the agreement.
