The Sputnik V vaccine could be 91.6% effective against covid-19, the prestigious journal The Lancet published on Tuesday.

CNN spoke with the executive director of the Russian Fund for Direct Investment, Kirill Dmitriev, about the data revealed by the scientific publication and what the Russian government's plans are for this vaccine.
