The Central Election Commission opened last night (Tuesday) the queue for the submission of lists and the selection of letters for the elections to the 24th Knesset.

Submission of the lists will begin this afternoon in the order in which the representatives of the parties arrive for registration.

The process of submitting the lists of candidates for the 24th Knesset will open at 13:00 and end at 21:00 and will continue tomorrow from 13:00 to 22:00, the date when the Knesset gates will be closed.

A list that does not enter the Knesset by this time will not be able to participate in the elections for the 24th Knesset.

According to the Election Law, lists can be submitted for the elections to the 24th Knesset until midnight tomorrow.

The Knesset's Central Election Commission noted that there are currently 11 vacant letters that the lists may use to mark their ballots.

A new list, which wishes to use the occupancy letter by a list that was in the outgoing Knesset, must obtain its approval in order to use it.

Two requested letters are "here".

Member of Knesset Miki Levy Mish Atid arrived at the Knesset at the beginning of the week in the early morning hours in order to be the first to present the lists and to have the opportunity to choose the letters "here".

Meanwhile, Adv. Orly Adas, CEO of the Election Commission, said today in an interview with the GLC that despite the high morbidity, "a postal vote is not on the agenda.

We are 48 days before the election, when we are in the game it is impossible to change the rules. "" All the special polling stations (among others, for the sick and isolated - YI) are expected to double the amount of double envelopes, "she added.
