US President Joe Biden delivered a speech tonight (Thursday) detailing his administration's foreign policy and clarifying his positions on burning issues around the world.
The president referred to the administration's decision to end support for the Saudi coalition in the Yemeni civil war, saying: "The war in Yemen has created a humanitarian and strategic catastrophe. Must end "
"Saudi Arabia is facing missile and cement attacks by Iranian militants. We will work to end this threat. We will continue to help Saudi Arabia defend its borders and sovereignty," he said.
Biden referred to the United States' relations with Russia and said: "We will not hesitate to charge Russia a price for threatening our interests."
Biden called on Russia to release opposition leader Alexei Navalny, immediately and unconditionally, and to stop arresting protesters.
