There were 22 new confirmed cases in Hong Kong on Thursday (4th), 19 of which were all local cases, of which 10 were of unknown origin.

The Centre for Health Protection updated the patient's residence and whereabouts information at night. Three more restaurants visited by confirmed patients, all of which were chain fast food restaurants, namely McDonald's in Tuen Mun, Maxim's MX, and Tseung Kwan O Happy Life.

The Centre for Health Protection only announced that two patients had been to restaurants. The 29-year-old male patient (No. 10541) living in Block 3 of Yuehu Villa, Tuen Mun, had visited McDonald’s on the ground floor of Butterfly Plaza in Tuen Mun and Mei Yu Maxim MX. He is a customer service clerk at the Harbour View Hotel in Hung Hom. The source of the infection is unknown.

Another 25-year-old female patient (No. 10544) who lives in Wo Yat Court, Wo Ming Court, Tseung Kwan O, has been to Linley Street, Tseung Kwan O, and she has also been to Hau Tak Shopping Centre, King’s Road Fortis Centre, Quarry Bay, and Shek The source of the infection in Phase 3 of Kwan Yick Building in Tong Tsui and On Wong Commercial Building in Central is also unknown.

The 58-year-old female patient (No. 10545) living in Guannan Building, Tai Po, who has no source of infection, visited Science Park Waterfront Building 1, the ground floor of Kwong Yu Building, Wan Chai, Lai Wo Building and On Wo Building in Tai Wo Village, Tai Po .

Another 58-year-old male patient (No. 10542) was not contacted by the Health Protection Center. He has been wanted by the police.
