Costa Rica will increase vaccination rate during February

In mid-February, the Pfizer company will resume the shipment of doses of vaccines against covid-19 that was suspended on January 21.


Costa Rican José Uriel Delgado, known as 'Chepito', aged 120, received the first dose of the vaccine against covid-19.

Costa Rica received the first vaccines in December.

In the first priority group are older adults and health workers.
