The attack took place hours after the firing on an Israeli UAV on the Lebanese border.
The Syrian Center for Human Rights reported tonight (Wednesday-Thursday) that the attack in Syria focused on military positions, including sites affiliated with Hezbollah and the Syrian opposition to the liberation of the Golan.
As you may recall, yesterday, anti-aircraft fire was fired from Lebanese territory at an Israeli unmanned aerial vehicle.
Sources reported echoes of explosions at 90th Brigade military sites, where pro-Iranian militias are located, near Quneitra.
No deaths have been reported so far.
Documentation of the attack in southern Syria
As you may recall, the Syrian center is affiliated with the opposition to the Assad regime.
The report is similar to the publication in Saudi Arabia, which claimed that Hezbollah sites were attacked and that sirens were heard near a research center in the Damascus area.
Another Syrian opposition website reported that Israel had attacked a shipment of weapons that had arrived at Damascus International Airport on a flight from Tehran.
