The study found that the incidence of diabetes may be the result of infections and insulin problems related to Covid 19 during the treatment period, as there is a possibility that corona will exacerbate current health problems such as prediabetes, which causes type 2 diabetes, and there is also a possibility that some patients are infected.
He was originally diabetic without knowing until he was transferred to the hospital. Associate Professor of Endocrinology at New York University Langone Health, Jose Aleman, indicated that those suffering from underlying conditions such as obesity, immune disorders or high blood pressure are threatened by diabetes after Corona as they are less responsive to insulin, explaining that Covid 19 can cause the immune system to overreact and destroy some cells The body while fighting the virus.
