Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov confirmed Moscow's categorical rejection of the US sanctions method.
Sputnik news agency quoted Peskov as telling reporters today that the methods of sanctions are completely unacceptable in general in bilateral relations, noting that Russia is constantly seeing reactions from US lawmakers about sanctions and there are still some discussions in the United States in this regard.
Peskov pointed out that the Kremlin does not intend to take into account the statements issued abroad on the issue of Russian politician Alexei Navalny.
Yesterday, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov confirmed that Russia has every reason to believe that the Navalny poisoning incident was orchestrated by the West because Germany did not provide any evidence of his poisoning, while Russia has repeatedly denied, at various levels, German allegations of poisoning him by Russian security, explaining that Berlin has not submitted No evidence of this.
