And American media quoted the fire department in Fairfax County, Virginia, as saying that "at least three workers from Washington Gas Company suffered burns last night after a line exploded, which also caused a major fire."

According to media reports, the fire destroyed a house and a number of cars, while the cause of the explosion is still unknown.
